Our t-shirts are primarily crafted from soft, breathable cotton for maximum comfort. We also offer microfiber options that excel in moisture-wicking and durability, making them ideal for activewear. For our Polo t-shirts, we use a type of blend called CVC Lacoste Fabric.

We offer a variety of printing methods to cater to diverse design preferences and garment types. Following are the printing methods we cater at the moment

From traditional silkscreen and embroidery for classic looks to modern techniques like Direct to Garment (DTG) and Direct to Film (DTF) heat press for detailed, vibrant prints, we also specialize in sublimation on microfiber materials for all-over prints.

We pride ourselves on efficient order processing. Typically, you can expect your custom order to be ready within 7-10 business days upon artwork approval by the client, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays. This timeframe allows us to meticulously produce your garments to the highest standards.

Absolutely! We offer comprehensive design services to bring your vision to life. Our talented team can assist you in creating unique and eye-catching designs tailored to your specific needs. To get started and receive a quote, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, original condition with tags still attached and in original packaging. Please send us an image of the item you wish to return prior to sending it back to ensure the item qualifies for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the items being returned. This policy is only applicable for non-custom and non-personalized products that are in resalable condition. Gift cards are non-refundable.

For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been worn.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

A: Our return policy allows you to return any product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damages, makeup, or perfume smells.

Bulk Order Questions

To avail of our bulk printing discounts, we require a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces. The more you order, the greater the savings, allowing you to maximize your purchase and enjoy cost-effective custom apparel.

We accept a variety of file formats to ensure compatibility with your artwork.

For optimal print quality, we recommend vector formats like AI, EPS, or SVG. We also accept high-resolution PNG files for raster images. Additionally, we can work with Canva links for basic designs, although vector-based files are preferred for the best results.

Yes, we do offer rush order services for bulk printing. However, the feasibility of a rush order depends on several factors, including our current production queue and the size of your order. Currently, we offer international shipping for bulk orders to Singapore. We are actively expanding our shipping services to reach customers in other countries in the near future. Yes, we provide digital mockups to give you a clear preview of how your design will look on the chosen garment before we start printing. This ensures that you’re completely satisfied with the final product and allows for any necessary adjustments before production begins.

Custom Design Questions

To create a custom t-shirt, first select the desired t-shirt style, size, and color. Then, upload or design your artwork, positioning it as desired on the virtual t-shirt. Yes, you can definitely upload your own artwork or logo. To ensure optimal print quality, please provide a high-resolution image with a minimum size of 2000×2000 pixels. A PNG format without a background is preferred. For more specific guidance or if you have a PDF file, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Shipping and Payment Questions

We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore. For orders within Peninsular Malaysia, a flat rate of RM10 applies. Customers in East Malaysia will be charged RM15 for orders up to 5kg. For our customers in Singapore, the shipping cost is SGD10 per order. Please note that these rates are for standard shipping and bulk orders might incur different charges. We recommend contacting our customer support for specific shipping quotes on bulk orders.

Yes, we offer free shipping for customized shirts and graphic tee orders that exceed RM125. This applies to standard shipping within Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia and Singapore, we offer a RM10 discount on shipping. For bulk orders, shipping costs may vary, so please contact us for a precise quote.
