Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

Overview

At Apparel by Cetakshop, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit as expected or you may change your mind. To ensure your shopping experience is seamless, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Please read the following carefully to understand our policies.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange eligible items within 7 days after delivery. To qualify for an exchange, items must be in unused, original condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please send us an image of the item you wish to exchange before sending it back to ensure it qualifies for an exchange.

To process your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the items being returned. Exchanges are only available for non-custom and non-personalized products in resalable condition. Gift cards are non-exchangeable. For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept exchanges on any item that has been worn.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange within 7-10 business days. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Exchanges by Courier

To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team and provide your contact details and order number. Once your exchange is approved, please arrange your own courier service to return the item to us. We currently do not have a physical drop-off point and all exchanges are handled through courier services.


Steps for a Smooth Exchange Process:

  1. Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached.
  2. Pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  3. Return the item to our address using a courier service of your choice.
  4. Update us with the tracking number and courier service used for the exchange.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Please note, you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We strive to accept all exchanges, but if an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you at your cost. We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days after delivery of the invoice date. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our policy guidelines, in which case, we will return the merchandise to you at your expense. You will be required to pay the shipping and return charges within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to do so will be considered as no longer interested in the exchange.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange policy is granted one time only for each item.
  • Exchange values are in the currency of Ringgit Malaysia.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose another item, subject to availability.
  • If the value of the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the returned item, you will need to pay the difference.
  • No cash refund will be provided if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the returned item.
  • If you wish to exchange a single item bought as part of a promotion offer (e.g., ‘buy 3 @ RM90’), you may only exchange it for an item within the same promotional value.
  • If the size of the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, you can opt for a refund through store credit to your user account for future purchases.

Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. Shipping charges vary based on your location – please refer to the shipping charges listed at checkout. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order and personalized items require 10-14 business days for production prior to shipping. Please contact us if you need expedited delivery for an additional express shipping fee.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing carrier details and tracking information. You may track your shipment directly via the courier’s website. We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by your local customs office once orders reach their destination country.
