At Apparel by Cetakshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following carefully to ensure you understand our policies.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, original condition with tags still attached and in original packaging. Please send us an image of the item you wish to return prior to sending it back to ensure the item qualifies for a return. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the items being returned. Refunds are only available for non-custom and non-personalized products that are in resalable condition. Gift cards are non-refundable.

For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been worn.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.  

Refund Policy

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. Within 30 days of approval, the monetary amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Returns are subject to a 10% handling fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount. However, if you received a damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described item, we will offer a full refund or exchange, including reimbursement of all shipping charges.

Our goal is to ensure a positive shopping experience. Our flexible return policy allows customers to receive refunds on most items, given that our return criteria are met. Please check all items are in original condition with tags still attached.

We do our best to process all eligible returns and refunds in a timely manner. However, if we notice any accounts with excessive return rates, we may flag those accounts and potentially suspend them if patterns continue. By working together, we hope to build a rewarding shopping relationship.

Exchange Policy

We gladly exchange items if they were shipped incorrectly, are defective, damaged, or are the wrong item. Please contact us right away if you receive an incorrect or faulty product so that we can make it right.

Exchanges only apply to ready-made items in stock. Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be exchanged. 

Shipping 

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. Shipping charges vary based on your location – please refer to the shipping charges listed at checkout.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order and personalized items require 10-14 business days for production prior to shipping. Please contact us if you need an expedited delivery timeframe for an additional express shipping fee.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing carrier details and tracking information. You may track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website. We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by your local customs office once orders reach their destination country.
